I grew up on stage and in the performing arts—from the age of six, I learned the value of professionalism, poise, and showing up with a smile, even when it wasn’t easy. Those early lessons shaped how I’ve shown up throughout my career: work hard, take ownership, keep learning, and be someone others can count on.
I’ve been incredibly blessed in my professional journey. I’ve worked in purpose-driven nonprofits where I could truly make a difference, even if the pay didn’t match the impact. I’ve also thrived in high-integrity, well-run for-profit organizations where “Do the Right Thing” and “Assume Positive Intent” weren’t just posters on the wall—they were practiced commitments.
Along the way, I’ve been able to be present for my family and raise my children while living a full and meaningful life. But I know that’s not the reality for everyone. Too many people are stuck in a cycle of working all day (and night), missing out on what matters most. And they believe that’s just how life works. But what if there were other options?
At my core, I believe in people. I believe in their potential, their value, and their ability to live fully aligned with their purpose. I want every person who leaves a conversation with me to feel more confident, more seen, and more empowered than when they arrived.

That’s why I do this work—as a Career Ownership Coach® with The Entrepreneur’s Source®, I help people gain clarity about what they want (their Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, and Equity goals), explore non-traditional career options, and discover new paths toward true life fulfillment.
If you’re wondering what life might look like with more control, more meaning, and more alignment—let’s talk. I’d be honored to explore that future with you.
